about
I am thetruthfulTrish-unapologetic, unbothered, unboxed.
For decades I lived inside systems-as an educator, principal, District Leader, and a nationally recognized educator. I fought for students who were overlooked, mislabeled, and underestimated. I build programs, led change, and brought receipts every step of the way.
But this space? This is different.
Here, I am not bound by someone else’s rules, titles, or “safe spaces.” Here, I tell the truths that were buried in the classroom, courtrooms, and history books. The truths they want you to know. The truths that connect my lived experience as a Black woman, a two-time widow, a survivor, and a relentless truth-teller the untold stories of our past and present.
This blog is not performance. It’s a warning. A weapon. A we.
If you come here, expect the real. Expect history they erased, politics they twist, and systems they protect. Expect me to shine the light and call it what it is-with evidence, with grit, with zero apologies.
Because the truth? It does not need permission.
And neither do I.
